No stretches or physical exercises are involved in learning this simple yet effective technique. **Effortless Meditation** The word ‘Sahaja’ can be translated as ‘Spontaneous’ or ‘Simple’, and is at the outset a hypothesis that meditation can come easily for those who are willing to practice regularly (even briefly each day).
