Hi Dear Meditators, Himanshu, Divya and Kanak invite you to join them on Tuesday evenings at the Pearce Community Centre from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. They will introduce you to Sahaja Yoga Meditation and show you how you can practice this at home. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple and effective technique that helps you to achieve the experience of mental stillness and know the true self that lies within. Each week there will be a short introduction, led and silent meditations and meditations with music. You can ask all the questions about spirituality, that you have been yearning to know. If you are interested they can also provide you with daily 10 minute meditations, that can be sent by email or to your phone, to help you sustain this experience throughout the week. * Suitable for complete beginners and regulars. * Join at any time even if you miss a session. * No strenuous physical exercises, postures or special clothing required. * All classes are free. Live Bare is a high-energy comedy show with a twist — emerging comics perform short stand-up sets, then receive live, on-mic banter and feedback from a panel of professional comedians. Think Kill Tony… but kind Hosted by Sare Bare, with local favourite Jakob Friske and queer comedy icon Jai Demeule on the panel, the afternoon is packed with laughs, surprises, and genuinely great comedy in a relaxed Sunday sesh at El Ranchero | Mo’s Desert Clubhouse. As a special Pride Month edition, we're celebrating the beautiful weirdos, misfits, queers, allies, freaks and geeks that make comedy such a vibrant community. Everyone is welcome, and everyone has a seat at the table There’s no roasting or humiliation here — just big laughs, honest insight, and the chance to discover fresh local talent before everyone else does. Plus, the audience gets a say — you’ll vote on your favourites throughout the show, and one standout comic will be crowned Crowd Favourite on the day. Always wanted to try stand-up? This is your chance. Live Bare offers both Audience and Performer tickets. If you’d like to get up and have a go, simply select a Performer ticket and you’re in the bucket pull — no auditions, no pressure. Performers prepare a short 3-minute set and then join the panel for supportive banter and feedback.
