Here’s a typical agenda: 1. **Welcome & Introductions:** A warm welcome from our Toastmaster of the Day. 2. **Prepared Speeches:** 2-3 members deliver speeches from the Toastmasters Pathways learning program. These are crafted, rehearsed, and focused on specific objectives. 3. **Table Topics® Impromptu Speaking:** This is the most exciting part! Volunteers (including guests, only if they want to!) get to practice thinking on their feet by answering a random question in 1-2 minutes. It's a blast and great practice! 4. **Constructive Evaluation:** Every speaker receives thoughtful, positive feedback from an assigned evaluator. This is where the real learning happens! 5. **Awards & Closing:** We recognise the best speakers and evaluators and wrap up the meeting. **As our guest, you can:** * **Just watch and learn.** There is zero pressure to participate. * **Introduce yourself** if you feel comfortable. * **Optionally participate in Table Topics®** if you're feeling brave! ❤️ **Guest Policy:** Guests are always welcome!
