500 Card Evening @ Story Bridge Hotel

We're a lively mixed social group that's been dealing in cards since 2012. You'll find us in the Chill Lounge of the Shelter Bar. We set up tables to start playing from 6:30 and play 30 min rounds rotating players among the tables till 9pm. We then regroup for the diehards to play till 10pm. Pub food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the evening. Our $5 fee covers the cost of meetup fees, cards and other consumables as well as funding the prizes for monthly tournament nights and regular members free drinks nights. Your first night is free. **PLEASE NOTE**: We welcome people who have played 500 before, even if it's been a while and you need a little refresher. We are not setup to teach you how to play 500 from scratch.

Newly certified yoga teacher (200 hours of training), from Thailand, I teach a Hatha Yoga class at my place, on the other side of the village of Merthyl, in New Farm, every Monday at 6:30 pm. (Or to the botanic garden when it’s not rainiy or cold) Join us to disconnect, stretch, and meet new people. I’m French and have been living in Brisbane for few months. My class is taught in English. I also have a WhatsApp group where members can stay connected, receive updates, and join future classes. There are also several people attending from outside this platform, making it a friendly and growing community. All you need to bring is a yoga mat or a large towel, and a bottle of water. Everyone is super friendly and can point you towards a moderator if you are new. When: From 6:30 pm till 10:30 pm every Monday Ages: 18+ Price: $6 to be paid by card We are a relaxed group of gamers who meet to play a few games and have a laugh. Mondays are a time to play any game you feel like. We are a friendly community and new people are welcome all the time! If you don't have a game to play then there is sure to be someone available to teach you. Make sure to go up to a table and introduce yourself, we are all really friendly. Looking forward to seeing you all at an event soon! **Venue Support Policy** Our board game nights are hosted by a food and drink venue that generously provides us with space each week and allows us to store our games. In return, we have an agreement to support the venue by purchasing food and drinks on site. However, should you arrive after 7:00pm you may need to wait for games to finish to be included, or if people are playing long games, it might not be practical to start a new game. **Full bar and snacks available** The Caulfield RSL generously provide the venue free of charge. A selection of food and drinks are available for purchase at the bar. Note that only food or drink purchased at the RSL can be consumed at the venue. We look forward to seeing you!

Social Night - Casey Queer Collective

Come join the Casey Queer Collective for a social night and meet some local queers in the city of Casey and surrounds. This is a monthly event and held on the 4th Monday of every month. The vibe of this event is casual and low-pressure. It's a space to socialise, share food and make friends. 🎲 Each month we will have a new theme or activity. This month's activity will be board games. Feel free to bring along a board game to play! 📅 Monday 22nd June @ 7pm 📍 Berwick - meeting location will be sent to registered attendees. 🍔 Bring a plate of food or drinks to share. 💰 Gold coin donation + once off $15 membership fee if you attend more than once.
