Newly certified yoga teacher (200 hours of training), from Thailand, I teach a Hatha Yoga class at my place, on the other side of the village of Merthyl, in New Farm, every Monday at 6:30 pm. (Or to the botanic garden when it’s not rainiy or cold) Join us to disconnect, stretch, and meet new people. I’m French and have been living in Brisbane for few months. My class is taught in English. I also have a WhatsApp group where members can stay connected, receive updates, and join future classes. There are also several people attending from outside this platform, making it a friendly and growing community. All you need to bring is a yoga mat or a large towel, and a bottle of water.
