(Or to the botanic garden when it’s not rainiy or cold) Join us to disconnect, stretch, and meet new people. I’m French and have been living in Brisbane for few months. My class is taught in English. I also have a WhatsApp group where members can stay connected, receive updates, and join future classes. **Meditation and Self-Awareness** This is a guided meditation in an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion. Emphasis is placed on aligning yourself to the potential of your Awareness / True Nature and embracing your humanness with acceptance and compassion. It's about learning how to get into the drivers seat of your life as your own loving and wise gaurdian. Those who come regularly achieve emotional healing, balance, and increasing self-awareness and self-mastery. After the meditation, I give some guidance on self-awareness and facilitate discussion around the various topics that arise. If you are wanting to go deeper, I am here to help you journey deeper into self-realisation and empowerment in the pursuit of enlightenment and maximising your potential. Inner Harmony Meditation is a nurturing and insightful open group held on a weekly basis that can be attended whenever you like. Just wear comfortable clothes. We ask each participant to contribute at least $5 to help cover the rent.
