About World Laughter Day – Light Square, Adelaide Join us at Light Square, Adelaide, as we celebrate World Laughter Day – a global movement dedicated to spreading joy, connection, and wellbeing through the simple, powerful act of laughter. This is a free, fun-filled event for everyone – no jokes or comedy experience required! Led by experienced Laughter Yoga leaders, we will guide you through playful exercises, laughter meditations, and interactive activities that will lift your mood and leave you feeling energized and connected. 👫 Whether you come alone, with friends, families or colleagues, this is your chance to laugh together, breathe deeply and celebrate the joy of being alive.
