Join us at Lyric’s Underground to support the rising stars of the WAYJO Northern Corridor Training Band as they present their Mid-Year Showcase. This one-hour performance features a vibrant selection of repertoire developed throughout the semester, spanning blues, swing and contemporary big band styles. It’s an opportunity to hear the next generation of jazz musicians in an intimate setting, as they bring energy, focus and growing musical confidence to the stage. The Northern Corridor Training Band (WAYJO NC) is designed for high school students looking to extend their skills in big band jazz. Through weekly rehearsals in full big band format, students develop phrasing, articulation, ensemble awareness and foundational improvisation techniques. The program is further enriched by masterclasses, mentoring and performance opportunities, supported by current WAYJO members, WAAPA students and alumni. Come along and celebrate the progress and promise of these emerging musicians. Directed by Jess Herbert-- Venue mode for this show is GA1 GA1 = Unreserved mixed seating: Minimum 95% mixed low chairs & high stools GA2 = Unreserved limited mixed seating: Minimum 70% mixed low chairs & high stools GA3 = Standing mode

Welcome to The Noosh! The creative chaos gameshow where performers of all genres test their freshest work and battle it out for Nooshy glory. You too (yes you dear audience member!) also have the chance to play some games and win prizes whilst supporting your local artist flex their creative muscles. So grab your friends, pop in your pocket the willingness to get a little weird and head down to Fun Time Pony for the best mid week dopamine hit. Doors open 6pm, show 7-9pm Sign ups to perfom at Noosh shows are now open! If you want to throw your hat in the ring to test new performance work check out our Instagram @the.noosh.show for how to join us on stage. NB: Fun Time Pony is an underground venue with elevator access, seating is first in best dressed and the show is fast, loud and packs out the venue early. We are happy to reserve seating for patrons who are wheelchair/mobility aid users or with accessibility needs, so please email us at thenooshshow@gmail.com at the time of purchasing your tickets to arrange.
