Our Facilitator for Virginia will be Shannon A. Swales. **Shannon** first joined Common Grounds seeking genuine connection, community, and a space to learn alongside other women in business. Being welcomed, uplifted, and surrounded by women who truly *get* the entrepreneurial rollercoaster became a meaningful part of her journey — and ultimately inspired her to step into the facilitator role. Now, Shannon is excited to bring her warm, grounded presence to the **Virginia Common Grounds Meetup**, creating a space where women can connect openly, share honestly, and support one another through the highs and lows of business.
