West Australian garage rock legends The Stems return to the live stage in 2026 off the back of their successful sold out 40th anniversary tour across Australia and Europe releasing 2 acclaimed singles ‘Falling from the Sky’ and ‘Deep Freeze’. Currently working on their 3rd album with a new single set to be released in June to coincide with the upcoming tour dates. Original members, Dom Mariani, Julian Matthews, Dave Shaw and Davey Lane (You Am I) are set to do it again in 2026 starting with 2 very exclusive Western Australian shows in late June a before they head off for a series of festival dates across Europe in the month of July. The Stems not only created a distinctive sonic identity but also penned unforgettable songs while delivering electrifying live performances. In the late '80s, The Stems achieved acclaim with a series of singles and EPs and the timeless 'At First Sight – Violet are Blue' LP in 1987. The group disbanded in late 1987 and made a significant comeback in 2003, playing to sold-out crowds nationwide. Since then, they have continued to tour regularly in front of audiences across Australia, Europe, Japan, and the United States.
