This game is played at a good standard - not appropriate for beginners or if you can't run. We play with Respect: Play friendly! Be respectful and don't be overly physical in challenges or tackles, keep it friendly - have respect for everyone (irrespective of ability on the court or country of origin/ethnicity), and no negative attitudes.
