Everything is played the way it was meant to be — <strong>original vinyl records spinning all night</strong>. Expect a deep selection of <strong>60s R&B, Northern Soul, Modern Soul, Funk, Jazz and rare groove</strong> pulled straight from the crates.</p><p><strong>Sounds of Soul at The Presynct is about the music and the dancefloor.</strong></p><p>If you’ve ever experienced a true Northern Soul event, you’ll know the ritual — the energy builds, the floor fills, and the dancers come alive.</p><p>In classic style, <strong>talcum powder will be laid down on the dancefloor</strong> to help those signature spins and slides glide smoothly across the floor.</p><p>Born in the UK in the late 1960s, the Northern Soul movement became famous for its passionate dancers, rare records and all-night dance culture. Specialising in classic hits to modern favourites, they guarantee you'll have a blast. The JMC are excited to present this concert with a tribute to Rock n Roll. **Think Elvis to Springsteen, Beatles to Creedence, Paul Kelly to Crowded House.
