Woman. It was hailed by fans and critics as possibly their best work to date. The band were preparing for a tour to support the new album and for the first time the doors would be touring with a bassist, the great Jerry Scheff. <br><br>Unfortunately, all their plans never came to fruition, the tour was cancelled and L.A Woman would be the last studio album to feature Jim Morrison… because exactly two months and two weeks after the album’s release, Jim Morrison tragically passed away.<br><br>Since then, many have asked the question of ‘what if’ the L.A. Woman tour had gone ahead? What if Jim Morrison hadn’t passed? What could have this tour been like?
