Expect a festival feel, plenty of space to roam, and a great time.<p><br><strong>LOLs Wine & Comedy Festival — Terms & Conditions</strong><br>These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket holders and attendees of the LOLs Wine & Comedy Festival. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to abide by the following conditions.</p><div><hr size="2"></div>1. Age Restrictions<ul> <li>This is an 18+ event.</li> <li>No minors will be permitted entry under any circumstances.</li> <li>Valid photo ID is required at the gate.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>2. GA Seating Policy (Two Seating Types Only)<br>To ensure clear sightlines and a fair experience for everyone, seating is arranged in two sections:<br>Blanket Zone – Front Area<ul> <li>Guests using picnic blankets only must sit in the designated front zone.</li> <li>No chairs of any kind are permitted in this area.</li></ul>Chair Zone – Rear Area<ul> <li>Guests with low-profile, foldable picnic chairs must sit in the rear seating zone.</li> <li>Tall chairs are not permitted. This includes: <ul> <li>Camping chairs with high legs</li> <li>Deck chairs</li> <li>Any elevated seating that obstructs views</li> </ul> </li></ul>General Seating Rules<ul> <li>Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come basis.</li> <li>Please follow signage and staff directions to maintain the seating layout.</li> <li>Aisles, pathways, and emergency exits must remain clear at all times.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>3. Food & Drink Policy<ul> <li>BYO drinks are not permitted, including alcohol, soft drinks, juices, or mixers.</li> <li>Sealed water bottles or empty reusable bottles may be brought in.</li> <li>Water is available for purchase on-site from our water cooler.</li> <li>Festival bars will offer wine and other beverages for sale.</li> <li>ID checks will apply at all bars.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>4. Prohibited Items<br>To ensure safety and comfort, the following are not permitted:<ul> <li>Alcohol or beverages brought from outside the event</li> <li>Tall or elevated chairs</li> <li>Hard coolers / eskies</li> <li>Glass containers</li> <li>Pets (excluding certified assistance animals)</li> <li>Weapons or objects that may cause harm</li> <li>Professional photography, video or audio recording equipment unless approved</li> <li>Drones</li></ul>Event staff reserve the right to inspect bags on entry.<div><hr size="2"></div>5. Weather & Conditions<ul> <li>This is an outdoor event</li> <li>Refunds are not provided due to weather</li> <li>Guests are encouraged to bring hats, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>6. Behaviour & Safety<ul> <li>Respectful behaviour toward guests, performers, and staff is required at all times.</li> <li>Anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving inappropriately may be removed without refund.</li> <li>Guests must follow all instructions from event staff and security.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>7. Re-Entry<ul> <li>Re-entry may be restricted.</li> <li>If re-entry is required for medical, accessibility, or other approved reasons, guests must speak with gate staff.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>8. Photography & Media<ul> <li>By attending, guests acknowledge they may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.</li> <li>If you prefer not to appear in marketing material, please notify staff upon entry.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>9. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers<ul> <li>Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.</li> <li>If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.</li> <li>Tickets may only be purchased from authorised sellers.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>10. Liability<ul> <li>Guests enter the event site at their own risk.</li> <li>The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage.</li> <li>Please keep personal belongings secure.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div>11. Accessibility<ul> <li>Accessibility needs are welcomed — please contact the organiser ahead of time if assistance is required.</li> <li>Seating areas can accommodate mobility requirements; staff will assist on arrival.</li></ul><div><hr size="2"></div><p>12. Event Changes<br>The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, event programming, artist line-up, or site layout if required for safety or operational reasons.</p>
