Restorative Practices assist educators to build safe relational classrooms with a focus on building skills for accountability, responsibility and care for others. Transform your classroom management with restorative approaches. Your learning will include: WHY RESTORATIVE Learn how educators can shift from a control and compliance lens regarding discipline and behaviour to a relational neuroscience lens. Understand how our brain and nervous system impacts or behaviour and relationships and how Restorative Practices genuinely teach students to become accountable and responsible. EXPLORE BELIEFS Our beliefs about behaviour and discipline have a significant impact on classroom management. LEARN AND PRACTICE Tier 1 restorative dialogue - Connect before Correct and Restorative Chat. This workshop is suitable for all educators and will support you to confidently address conflict and to maintain high expectations while preserving relationships in the classroom.
