TWO ICONIC BANDS. ONE MASSIVE NIGHT.Close your eyes and you’re back in the 70s and 80s—the beer is cold, the room is packed, and the music is loud. On Friday July 10th, we’re bringing that feeling back to The Hallam.Headlining the night is the incomparable Gold Chisel. In an electrifying 75-minute set, they’ll capture the raw soul and grit of Jimmy Barnes and Ian Moss. Expect every classic that defined a generation, from the haunting Flame Trees and When the War is Over to the roof-raising roar of Khe Sanh and You Got Nothing I Want.Kicking things off, The Australian Midnight Oil Tribute Show will ignite the stage with 60 minutes of high-octane energy. From the political fire of Beds are Burning and US Forces to the driving beats of Power and the Passion and Blue Sky Mine, they’ll have you back in the front row of the 80s.Don’t miss this visceral journey through the halcyon days of Aussie pub rock. Welcome to The Noosh! The creative chaos gameshow where performers of all genres test their freshest work and battle it out for Nooshy glory. You too (yes you dear audience member!) also have the chance to play some games and win prizes whilst supporting your local artist flex their creative muscles. So grab your friends, pop in your pocket the willingness to get a little weird and head down to Fun Time Pony for the best mid week dopamine hit. Doors open 6pm, show 7-9pm Sign ups to perfom at Noosh shows are now open! If you want to throw your hat in the ring to test new performance work check out our Instagram @the.noosh.show for how to join us on stage. NB: Fun Time Pony is an underground venue with elevator access, seating is first in best dressed and the show is fast, loud and packs out the venue early. We are happy to reserve seating for patrons who are wheelchair/mobility aid users or with accessibility needs, so please email us at thenooshshow@gmail.com at the time of purchasing your tickets to arrange.
