Sunday 17th May Donny Goodman, Stack of Bibles, (Artificial) Nights and Home Ground serve up a Sunday platter to launch some new beginnings at Clancy’s Fremantle. Headline act Donny Goodman, a country artist from the country, currently based in the city. He sings country songs and plays guitar in the city. He writes original songs about Women and drinking- a concept never heard before! After releasing ‘Home Job’ EP and follow-up single ‘Restart’ he will be playing some new songs that will be released at the end of 2026. The self-proclaimed juggernaut that is the Stack of Bibles hit the stage like an old locomotive on an abandoned railway track wondering which way it is to the next station. With towering tales of suburban mediocrity, mild heartbreak that ends well and waking up in another man’s jeans, don’t miss this educational sessional confessional! Perth-based sonic collective (Artificial) Nights have officially announced their 2026 World Tour, spanning three major cultural capitals: Freo, North Perth and Northbridge. Forged from the distinguished archives of Perth’s 2000s music golden era, Themba Pitts, Jimmy Swift, Ben Leevers, Patrick Cavalli and Oli Nelson (of The Tigers, Electric Limousine, Druid Lee Roth and Extended Summer Surgery) make their long-awaited return to the local stage with what insiders are calling “a geographically ambitious rollout.” Home Ground was born around northern fires and on southern porches, where late night rallies riled campers and upset neighbours. Now fully grown and marginally tighter, their driving, rhythmical rock n roll always has the wind at its back and chaos at its core.
