It’s November 21, 1963. On the eve of their deployment to Vietnam, three young Marines set out for one last night of revelry and mischief. But when Corporal Eddie Birdlace meets Rose, an awkward and idealistic waitress enlisted in a cruel bet, his world begins to shift. What starts as a game becomes an unforgettable lesson in empathy, courage and love. Featuring a powerful score and a heartfelt story, Dogfight is a moving and thought-provoking musical that explores the beauty and brutality of youth, war and connection. Recommended for ages 16+ due to strong language, mature content and depictions of violence. Content includes period-typical themes and language which is not reflective of current values. Don’t miss the chance to witness this poignant, moving, and beautifully staged production. Dogfight the Musical comes to Koorliny Arts Centre in June as our third in-house production of 2026.
