**Join us for a relaxed community walk along Lake Burley Griffin.** **The Canberra Connection Walk is a welcoming space to get outside, move your body, and connect with others in the community. The walk is informal and friendly. You are welcome to come on your own.** **This is a gentle walk with opportunities for conversation and connection. No registration is required and there are no expectations about how often you attend.** **Who it’s for** **Adults affected by suicide, including people with lived experience, carers, supporters, and community members who value connection and supportive conversation.** **It may also suit people who are looking to meet others, get out of the house, are new to Canberra, or are supporting someone through a difficult time.** **What to expect** **• A relaxed 45–60 minute walk** **• Friendly conversation** **• A welcoming and supportive environment** **• Optional coffee afterwards nearby**
