Embracing the union of Meditation and Tea: Join us for moments of stillness, while your senses are mesmerised by the beauty of ceremony, noticing the pause between pours, noticing the dance of tea, water and you as the vessel. This deeply meditative experience is amplified as you sit in quiet contemplation and notice your arisings. You may even experience moments of stillness in between thought. This is a very small group of only 7 guests, sometimes up to 15 with 2 servers, which creates an intimate space where you are energetically held by the Tea, the Centre, and the server (Mo or Alli, Ilona and others). Join us for a serene tea ceremony, where your participation not only enriches your experience but also supports our meditation centre and the community we cherish. We offer a sliding scale for contributions, allowing you to choose the level of support that feels right for you.
