Reiki is all about balance so we have six seats for men, six seats for women. These circles are open to anyone curious about Reiki or anyone in need of a deeply relaxing experience and a chance to throw something into the fire to let it go. Ronnie will lead you through an easy to follow meditation while her team of Reiki Students and practitioners give Reiki to everyone in the circle. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the relaxing, nurturing, balancing energy of Reiki. Reiki Master/Teacher Ronnie Maree will use her years of experience with circle work, meditation and Reiki to hold a safe supportive space for you to breathe, relax, expand and connect to create a moment in time to let go of something old and bring new dreams into your life. Choose something you want to let go of, by writing a few words down on a piece of paper to burn in the candle flame. We also write down things we want to bring into our lives. Arrive from 5.45pm ready to start the circle at 6.00pm. Stay on for Pizza and drinks from 7pm for great conversations with a friendly group of people. Welcome! Please join us on Sundays for teachings and a guided meditation at the Diamond Way Buddhist Centre, Perth. The meditation runs for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are new, one of our friendly members will provide a brief overview of who we are and what we do prior to the meditation. Our program is suitable for beginners and there is plenty of time for individual questions. We have lots of free parking, and meditation cushions and mats are provided. Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. The more we work our fascial system and deep tissues, the less dense and tight our bodies become as we age.
