  meet for an Individual session before-hand so you are confident it is the
  right thing for you\, and are able to tell me about things that would not
  be discussed in the group. I also need to assess that you will fit into t
 he group who I have already met with. Again\, the price is according to wh
 at you can pay between\, $70-100.\nTHE GROUP WILL BE CLOSED FOR A FEW WEEK
 S TO ALLOW THE STARTERS TO SETTLE\, BUILD TRUST AND SAFETY. NEW MEMBERS MA

 enced or witnessed any serious traumatic episode\, including childhood abu
 se.\nYou may have recurring memories\, nightmares\, sleep problems\, anxie
 ty\, panic\, depression\, suicidal\, guilt\, self-doubt\; general difficul
 ty with concentration and coping with the after effects.\nMany people suff
 er alone in fear of not being believed\, often not believed\, or considere
 d crazy\, lazy or weak. You deserve better.\nThe group of 5-8 people will 
 provide:\nUnderstanding of your trauma’s impact on your life and on other 
 people around you.\nSupport from others who are having similar experiences
  coping with a traumatic episode.\nExploration of ways to manage the diffi
 culties you may still experience\, ways to improve your life\, relationshi
 ps and to become comfortable with the trauma and its effects.\nInquiries a
