DESCRIPTION:**On every first Sunday of the month - join us for an easy\, fl
 at\, family-friendly cycle along the Throsby Creek shared path\, from Isli
 ngton Park to Newcastle Beach cafe.**\n\n**We go at a relaxed\, slow pace.
 **\n\n**Start your Sunday with good vibes\, sun\, the ocean\, and communit
 y.**\n\n**Enjoy a route entirely on shared paths beside the river and ocea
 n.**\n\n**14km return.**\n\n**This free guided bike ride is great for all 
 abilities\, whether you're new to riding a bike or you cycle regularly.**\
 n\n**Kids welcome on this one! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an
  adult guardian.**\n\n**Enjoy cycling along the water\, passing by Honeysu
 ckle Foreshore and Nobbys Beach.**\n\n**What we'll do:** **Cycle 30 minute
 s from Islington Park to Newcastle Beach Kiosk. Join us for morning tea at
  the kiosk if you like. Or you could go for a swim if you like. After morn
 ing tea\, we cycle back the same way to Islington Park. Feel free to cycle

 utes each way**\n**Topography:** **flat\, except for an optional 50 metre
