SUMMARY:Meditation & Retreat Morning
DESCRIPTION:My meet and greet event this Sunday was unfortunately cancelled
  due to there not being enough ladies to form a big group to meet and gree
 t for this event\, so instead I am offering three ladies the opportunity t
 o have a relaxing morning with me where I an accredited Holistic Counsello
 r and Meditation Teacher will take you on a blissful two hour journey of h
 olistic wellbeing and healing. We will commence with breathwork to evoke o
 ur bodies natural relaxation response\, and I will delight you with the so
 und of chimes whilst you sit intentionally breathing into your body helpin
 g you to fully ground and be present. We will then stretch and enjoy some 
 gentle movement meditation. I will guide you through the different types o
 f meditations and explain scientifically how meditation lowers blood press
 ure and helps to relax our bodies. I will take you through a beautiful\, g
 uided meditation and we will then have time to let go through talk therapy
 . It will be a great opportunity to talk about things that caused you any 
 anxiety\, stress or ill feeling in the week gone by where I will guide and
  listen and support you. The morning will end with a cup of tea and some b
 iscuits\, and you will leave with a new sense of renewal and peace. The fe
 e for this event will be $35 payable by cash on the day. I will give out m
 y address privately to anyone wanting to attend. A group of three ladies i
 s required for this event to go ahead\, however if you are interested in c
 oming and partaking as the only participant\, I am happy to host this for 
 one person at the price of $45.00. This is the community price. I am based
